Yes, we are Apartments!  

We are a small and very quiet apartment complex.  Often mistaken for condos or townhouses, we are nestled between the Forest Glen Historical District and Millcreek Park near Newport Lake.  Conveniently located within Boardman Township, we are easily accessible to the Boardman shopping areas or even commuting to downtown Youngstown.  Having Millcreek Park as a neighbor, you have the largest outdoor public area in the Mahoning County for your use.  Its 2,530 acres offer a wide range of recreational opportunities.

Our units consist of one- or two-bedroom sized apartments with all units having a first and second story.  The main living area is downstairs with the bedroom and bath upstairs.  Each apartment features a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and has its own private patio just off of the living room.  The galley-style kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.  Laundry facilities are available in each building.

We genuinely care about our property, keep it well-maintained, and actively manage it -- all for our respectable tenants so they are proud to have Province House as their home.
